With 20+ years of experience leading multicultural and general market teams across the U.S. and Europe, my work lives at the intersection of culture, creativity, and business impact, building brands, shaping ideas, and creating environments where teams, clients, and organizations grow together.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked across markets, audiences, and industries, delivering integrated campaigns across TV, digital, social, and experiential platforms. I’ve led creative departments, mentored multidisciplinary talent, and helped agencies and brands navigate complex cultural landscapes while contributing to agency growth and long-term client relationships.

As a creative leader, I partner closely with strategy, production, and account leadership to align creative vision with business objectives, not just to make great work, but to build systems, processes, and cultures that sustain performance at scale. I focus on elevating ideas, strengthening collaboration, and creating space for teams to do their best work, pushing the craft forward while ensuring creative output connects culturally and performs strategically.

My portfolio includes work for national and global brands such as the NBA, General Mills, Hyundai, Heineken, Mattress Firm, Sonic, Western Union, Telcel, Banamex, Enterprise, Baylor College of Medicine, and the American Cancer Society, among others.

Currently studying a Global Executive MBA in Creative Leadership at the Berlin School, with the goal of expanding my perspective on creativity, leadership, and business strategy, and how creative organizations can evolve, scale, and drive meaningful impact.
